210112 - Tomato Egg

I fell in love with this dish in China so I sort of tried to cook. 
Not bad but not as nice as the professional but I'll practice more >:)


  1. This dish seems to be very popular in China... In our French language class, a Chinese student did her talk on how to cook it (we needed to do a 3-minute talk, I think), and another friend (also from China) also cooked it for me when I went to her place.

  2. Yes I ate this almost everyday. Now we know why all Chinese nationals have rosy cheeks =D
